Yes, I strive to be a good Wife and Mother.  I take on a lot and am typically running around like a mad-woman.  I am sure you can all relate to that!  A woman’s work truly is never done!   But, as hard as I try to do and have it all, I am only human.  I often feel overwhelmed and have to overcome feelings of failure.  I have struggled with depression, insecurities and have somewhat of a past that I will never be proud of.

I can be hard on myself. I tend to be a little bit anal. And, I have been known to be a people-pleaser.

I say this because I hope to share my highlights and my accomplishments, as well as my short-comings.  So that we may learn and grow together.

I often express myself through poetry and would love to post my poems for you to reflect on with me occasionally.

I look forward to addressing sensitive topics that I have harboured because I believe that my honesty could possibly help even one individual to deal with issues they might be holding onto.

The ugly truth! I am known to have an immaculate house and I still have trouble having anyone over if it’s not perfect. Well, here’s what my couch typically looks like (odn’t worry it’s CLEAN laundry), when no one’s looking!
